Vintage Modest Bridal Gown -Vintage Modest Bridal Ball Gown

White. Size 10. Scalloped edged shimmery lace over satin. Has sequins, round and oval pearls. Sweetheart neckline with illusion insert. High neck closes with 6 pearl buttons. The back opening is 14" measured diagonally from shoulder seam to center of back. The back has 8 layers of pearl strings attached with velcro type tape. Zipper back. Hooks for bustling. Pearls and sequins around the neck, around back opening, on upper and lower Juliet sleeves, at front waist and front bodice.

Alterations have been done but fabric is there to restore. I believe taking out the stitching will reveal the original stitches. One nice thing about lace is the needle holes do not show when the stitches are removed. Photos are taken with additional crinoline, not included in the sale. Gown has none.

It is completely lined except for sleeves. Long Juliet sleeves with 6 button closure looks easily convertible to short sleeves. Photos show how it would look. Sweetheart Gown label and a second label, 100% Polyester, Made in Taiwan, Sweetheart Gowns. It was cleaned and preserved.

Gown measures: Bust 36. Waist 26. Length from underarm to hem 63".

Train is approximately 3 1/2' long and 6' wide.

Matching veil with finished edge is free with purchase of this gown. Blusher is 30", second layer 49" and has a 4 1/2" pouf. The headpiece is V shaped pearls with silk roses and pearls on second (top) layer. With two combs.

Gown is clean and unstained. No defects were found. All beading appears to be intact. Condition is excellent.
